"Nathan was very courteous and helpful clarifying my payment options on my bill. Thank you so much, Nathan! You’ve been delightful to work with. Please pass this next part along to whoever manages the Google forms. Since I do not use my Gmail account that often and it is not my primary email account, signing on to these forms is quite cumbersome for me. I have to wait until one of my kids or grandkids can help me look up my google info and get through all the sign in screens. I’m always happy to give a positive review but if there’s a way to change the settings on the form so it doesn’t require you to sign into google, that would be wonderful. I imagine there are clients who do not even have google accounts."

"EDITED 07.15.25: Nick turned out to be irresponsible and unreliable to work with post-sales. He really only cared about convincing me to put two cars on State farm to lower my overall Kar expenses. However, when I had an incident Nick said he didn’t put rental coverage and then offered to add it later. They started to back date bill me when Nick flagged the missing coverage but he never followed up on pricing or effective date changes in writing. This is highly unprofessional & unethical. State Farm has been very difficult to add rental coverage, confirm, price changes and coverage detail, details, and just close up my claim, that’s been open for 8 weeks. It finally wrapped up and awaiting the check. I don’t recommend working with SF, especially Nick, as his sales skills do not translate to long term customer satisfaction and tenure/revenue. ORIGINAL: Nick Bagramyan is the best insurance agent I’ve worked with. He is smart, present, executed and is reliable. His passion IS real — he genuinely cares I’m educated on insurance & I get the best price. Nick recommended I insure 2 cars over 1 (it was $200+ cheaper) and ensuring the deductibles were different — so I could get what was manageable for my family for long term coverage. I’ve insured over 10 cars within my family. I’m happy to insure my 2 most recent ones (Ferrari, Audi) with Nick. Thanks Nick! PS. My referral at Ferrari Beverly Hills (Luigi) helped me meet Nick - the superstar!"
